Julian started to play professional padel in the early '90s during the golden age of Padel, before emigrating to the United States with a tennis scholarship to pursue a college career, subsequently, he played tennis professionally before embarking on a career as a Racquet Sports club director. Julian brings the discipline and dedication of being a world-class Padel Master Coach, sports entrepreneur, educator, and competitor and over 30 years of private club racquet sports excellence to every engagement.

Julian is presently the only Padel Master Coach in the USA and one of only two Racquet Sports Directors in the USA that has achieved the prestigious Professional Sports Registry (PSR) “4-Star” rating. Julian also received professional certification from the USPTA, PCR (Padel Coach Registry), USPTA Padel Certification, CRSE (Certified Racquet Sports Executive), Padel Coaching HAC Method Level 1 & 2, he is the only PCR clinician certificate coach in the USA, he has a certification from University of Florida- Masters degree in Director of Racquet Sports

David’s has over two decades of dedicated padel coaching and racquet sports experience, he had the privilege of coaching players of all ages and skill levels, from beginners taking their first steps on the padel court to elite padel athletes striving for excellence.

Tess is a vital member of the association's leadership team, responsible for managing and overseeing the financial aspects of the organization. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the financial health, transparency, and accountability of the association. The Treasurer serves as the custodian of the association's financial resources, safeguarding its fiscal integrity while providing strategic financial guidance to support the achievement of the association's mission and objectives.

With over 25 years of successful experience in leadership, education, and management. he has led, coached, and trained hundreds of teams toward high levels of customer service, which we were able to achieve day in and day out countless goals.

Lisa is a key officer within the association's leadership team, entrusted with maintaining accurate records, facilitating communication, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the organization.
